Have you ever been around a teenager and had the sense that they “think with their feelings?” There’s a lot of truth to this.

The human brain doesn’t finish maturing until we’re in our mid to late 20s. That makes our teen years an incredibly important time for fostering a healthy brain.

Our guests talk about what parents, teachers, and caregivers can do to foster how young people build relationships, perform at school, and respond to stress and change.

The teen brain is flexible and full of possibility. Healthy brains, critical thinking. reasoning, building social skills, and managing big emotions can be nurtured and developed.
