Member of the State Bar of Texas, International Municipal Law Officers Association, and is admitted to practice before the Federal Court of the U.S.A. Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County in 1961 and an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Dallas from 1962-1964. City Attorney of Irving from 1964-1970, and was a Member of the Texas House of Representatives from Dallas County from 1971-1973. Prior to forming BOYLE & LOWRY, L.L.P., John was a founding partner in 1975 of Hutchison, Boyle, Brooks, and Fisher which specialized in all aspects of municipal law and public finance.
John is currently the City Attorney of Grapevine, Hurst and Ponder, General Counsel Dallas County Utility Reclamation District, Valwood improvement Authority, Upper Trinity Regional Water District and other special districts.
